When you listen to and read one thinker, you become a clone; Two different thinkers, you become confused; Ten thinkers, you'll begin developing your own voice; Two or three hundred thinkers, you become wise.

8 CRITICAL DOMAINS OF LIFE

Begin measuring your level of satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = Unsatisfied; 2 = Once in a While; 3 = Situationally Satisfied; 4 = Fairly Often; 5 = Frequently if Not Always Satisfied). Feel free to use “1/2” point ratings. E.G. I feel 2.5 satisfied out of 5.

Assess one arena at a time by determining your current domain dominance by shading in each area subsequent to your satisfaction in that respective area. For example, for each of the 8 domains, shade in one domain at a time. By default, after assessing each of the 8 areas, you will see an interconnected, single shape. Feel free to use “1/2” scores. E.G. 2.5/5.

There is no “right or wrong” response. This exercise simply reflects a realtime sense of satisfaction for current life-stage and clarifies a starting point for development and the next step or two for how to grow.
